Description and Location of Undertaking
The Water Infrastructure Renewal Program includes projects to improve resiliency issues at the County's water treatment plant, replace aging water distribution system pipes, and increase system capacity to improve fire flow pressures. The Water Infrastructure Renewal includes four project packages based on similarity of work, Water Treatment Plant Site Projects, Water Main Replacement Projects, Water Tanks Projects, and Transmission Main Projects. A more detailed description of the projects and their locations can be found in Enclosure 1. Figures depicting the project locations can be found in Figures 1 – 14. Georgia Historic Preservation Division Environmental Review Forms have also been completed for each project package.
