On behalf of our client, Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) conducted an archaeological survey for a new proposed access road and utility easement for the Oconee Clark telecommunications site located in Watkinsville, Georgia. The fieldwork was performed on February 22, 2022. This work supplements fieldwork conducted in May 2014 (McCarley 2014). Based on this fieldwork, there are no historic properties within the Area of Potential Effects (APE) for direct effects. No further work is recommended at this time.
