Abstract

Second Addendum: Since the CE was approved, there have been additional changes in the amount of required right-of-way and easement. There would be an overall reduction of 3.67 sf of required ROW at Intersection 3 (731.44 sf). In addition, there would be no temporary easements associated with this project; however, Permanent Easements (PE) would be required from two project intersections (Intersections 5 and 7). At Intersection 5, there would be 97.01 sf of PE while there would be 172.84 sf of PE required from Intersection 7.
