The Game Management Section of the Wildlife Resources Division of Georgia DNR proposes to construct a small parking area off Wynn Shoals Road near the northern boundary of the Wilson Shoals Management Area (Figure 1) in Banks County. The parking area will extend approximately 15 meters on a side and will be built on an existing dirt road. The dirt road will be improved from the end of Wynn Shoals Road to the parking lot, approximately 150 meters. The old road bed will not be improved beyond the parking area, and will serve as a walking trail into the WMA.
