On July 13 and 14, 2003, Mr. Steve Webb, Principal Archeologist with R.S. Webb & Associates, conducted an archeological field survey of the proposed Eagle Drive widening project between Bells Ferry Road and just east of Putnam Ferry Road (Figure 1). The entire project corridor is 2.2 kilometers (1.4 miles) long and variable in width. The majority of the proposed widening activities will occur along the south side of Eagle Drive within 15 meters (m) of the existing edge of pavement.
