The project would construct a building to house the Regional Transportation Control Center (TCC). It would consist of site work, building construction, installation of all lighting, heating. and air conditioning. fixtures, and finings; fiber optic cabling and telephones; window, wall, and floor treatments; fiber optic cable feeds from the center to connect with the planned fiber backbone; all hardware and software for Navigator operation; and installation of a security system to include all hardware and software.
