The purpose of this Addendum is to address a series of comments made by staff of the Historic Preservation Section of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, and transmitted under the signature of the State Historic Preservation Officer. The comments addressed what that agency perceived as deficiencies in a report of findings on the archaeological survey of the proposed McPherson Road Substation Site in Cobb County prepared by Garrow Associates, Inc. for Oglethorpe Power Corporation.
