Abstract

The proposed project would consist of constructing exclusive left turn lanes onto CR 100/Pat Colwell Road and CR 200/Pat Haralson Drive, with a 610-foot long two-way left turn lane. CR 100/Pat Colwell Road and CR 200/Pat Haralson Drive would both have a 200-foot long right turn lane constructed onto SR 11/US 129. Existing right-of-way on SR 11/US 129 is approximately 100 feet, existing right-of-way on CR 100/Pat Colwell Road is approximately 60 feet and existing right-of-way on CR 200/Pat Haralson is approximately 80 feet. Required right-of-way on CR 100/Pat Colwell Road varies from approximately 55 feet to approximately 28 feet. Required right-of-way along CR 200/Pat Haralson Drive varies from approximately 88 feet to approximately 22 feet.
