Abstract

In May, 1978, Chung Ho Lee and Paul R. Fish conducted an archaeological survey of areas to be impacted by the proposed Ashburn, Georgia, 201 Facilities Plan. No archaeological sites were discovered as a result of survey by Lee and Fish (1978). As a result of recent modifications to the Ashburn Facilities Plan, additional archaeological survey was required; that survey was conducted by the author March 22-24, 1981. Survey coverage extended over approximately 16,500 ft. (5.03 km) of proposed pipeline corridor.

This report will serve as an amendment to the previous work conducted by Lee and Fish (1978). Environmental and archaeological summaries presented by those authors will not be repeated here.
