Abstract

Most recent project description (previous descriptions on attached sheet): There have been no changes in overall project length. The project would begin at MP 1.73 and end at MP 2.24, a distance of approximately 0.51 miles. The design plans have changed because traffic will no longer be maintained on a temporary detour bridge south of the existing SR 147. Traffic will be maintained on an off-site detour. The previously proposed temporary bridge will not be constructed. The new bridge will be constructed along the existing alignment, as previously proposed. Total area of required ROW is 3.52 acres. Previously, 5.22 acres would have been required. Required ROW on the north side of SR 147 would remain the same as previously proposed. Overall, the required ROW on the south side of SR 147 has been reduced by approximately 1.7 acres. However, the amount of ROW required at the intersection of SR 147 and CR 324 increased by a minor amount (0.04 acres). This 0.04 acre area was previously proposed as permanent construction easement. Lastly, a temporary easement for the construction of fence has been added to the project in 2 areas. In the SW quadrant of SR 147 and CR 324, a 5-ft wide temporary easement outside and parallel to the required ROW limit for a distance of 660 ft is proposed. Also, east of Cobb Creek and north of SR 147, a 5-ft wide temporary easement outside and parallel to the required ROW limit for a distance of 1,000 ft is proposed. The easement in this area would not encroach upon the adjacent ESA. The orange barrier fence to designate the ESA would be placed on the outside limit of the temporary fence easement, not along the required ROW limit, as previously proposed. The total area of proposed fence easement is approximately 0.19 acres.
