This proposed project was originally surveyed with concurrence received in 2005. The original project remains the same except for the following: the SR 5 @ Bright Star Road intersection has been shifted 125' to the west; the project has been lengthened 70' to the west on SR 5 and 300' to the north on Bright Star Road; a short tie-in road has been added between what will become the old Bright Star Road and the new road; and the driveway for the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church has been realigned to intersect with SR 5 west of its current location. No existing or eligible National Register resources were located within the project's area of potential environmental effect.
