The proposed original project consisted of approximately 400 acres and was surveyed by Brockington and Associates, Inc. with concurrence received in October 2000. The original project remains the same except for the following: an access road from US 19 into the Muckalee Creek Mitigation Site, approximately 0.87 mile long with required right-of-way varying in width from approximately 40' to 70'; and approximately 50.99 acres of additional wetlands have been added. No existing or eligible National Register resources were located within the project's area of potential environmental effect.
