The proposed project would consist of approximately one mile of a new 10-foot sidewalk along the south side of Roswell Road (SR 120) in Cobb County (see attached Figure 1). The project limits would be from Merchants Walk Drive to Shady Hill Drive. The existing right-of-way varies from 100 to 140 feet and the proposed right-of-way would vary from 100 to 140 feet. The project APE is within the boundaries of the proposed sidewalk described above. The APE is within the existing right-of-way, which is disturbed by modern development throughout the project corridor.
