Addendum to Phase I Archaeological Survey of Statewide Signal Head Replacement Project Areas. Since the original Short Form was submitted, right-of-way is now required at one additional intersection, #9 (SR 15/SR 78 at SR 26 [Main Street] in Adrian, Johnson County, Georgia: 21.0 square yards are now needed on the southwest corner of this intersection. All project areas consist of former ridges and slopes. They have been heavily modified and leveled to support the existing signal facilities. There are no sites within a one km radius of the project area.
