The areas of required right-of-way and permanent easement have changed due to design refinements and modifications to the drainage design. The area of required right-of-way would decrease from 1.25 acres to approximately 1.07 acres. Portions of the area that was previously proposed as required right-of-way have been converted to permanent easement, resulting in an increase in the area of permanent easement from 1.30 acres to approximately 1.33 acres. The area of temporary easement would remain approximately one acre.
