The purpose of this addendum is to address changes to the APE of the proposed project. Initially, all improvements were to occur within the existing ROW; however, it has since been determined that ROW will be needed at two locations: 1) A ten foot strip of ROW will be required at the southwest corner of the intersection at North Avenue and Spring Street on the North Avenue frontage. 2) A ten foot strip of ROW for the construction of a proposed retaining wall and the widening of Linden Avenue will be required at the northeast corner of the intersection at Linden Avenue and Spring Street.
