Abstract

Brighton Road: The proposed bridge has been reduced in size from 290 feet long by 58 feet wide to 254 feet long by 54 feet wide. Mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) retaining walls would be used at the abutments. Five sediment basins have been added to the design. Two of these would be along the I75 southbound entrance ramp. Three of the sediment basins would be along Carrington Drexler Road. The total required right-of-way width has been revised on Brighton Road. The previously proposed right-of-way width would vary between 150 and 200 feet. The revised right-of-way width would vary between 140 and 210 feet. The total amount of required right-ofway has increased from 64 acres to 65 acres. Wesley Rigdon Road: The proposed bridge has been reduced in length from 380 feet to 257.5 feet. MSE retaining walls would be used at the abutments. The shoulders were previously proposed as 10-foot shoulders with three feet paved and seven feet unpaved. The shoulder design has changed to 10-foot shoulders with two feet paved and eight feet unpaved. The HM Berry Road (CR 210) intersection would be realigned to approximately 140 feet east of the previous design for the intersection. The total required right-of-way width has been revised on Wesley Rigdon Road. The previously proposed right-of-way width varied between 140 and 200 feet. The revised right-ofway width would vary between 130 and 190 feet. Although the required right-of-way width on Wesley Rigdon Road decreased, the total amount of required right-of-way at this overpass has increased from two acres to three acres due to the realignment of HM Berry Road. Chula Brookfield Road: The proposed bridge has been reduced in size from 360.5 feet long by 58 feet wide to 244 feet long by 54 feet wide. MSE retaining walls would be used at the abutments. Three sediment basins have been added to the design. One of these would be along the I75 southbound entrance ramp. Two of the sediment basins would be along the I-75 northbound entrance ramp. The total required right-of-way width has been revised on Chula Brookfield Road. The previously proposed right-of-way width would vary between 160 and 200 feet. The revised right-of-way width would vary between 140 and 190 feet. The total amount of required right-ofway has decreased from 38.5 acres to 38 acres. Willis Still Road: The proposed bridge has been reduced in size from 320 feet long by 58 feet wide to 261 feet long by 54 feet wide. MSE retaining walls would be used at the abutments. Academy Drive would be realigned to intersect Willis Still Road approximately 774 feet west of the existing I-75 southbound entrance ramp. The portion of CR 114/Frontage Road in the southeast quadrant would be shifted 40 feet to allow for the required limited access control on Willis Still Road. The intersection with CR 114 south of Willis Still Road would be approximately 490 feet east of the existing intersection. Two sediment basins have been added to the design. These sediment basins are located on CR 114 north of Willis Still Road.
