The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the structurally deficient bridge located on County Road 50/Caney Bay Road over Buffalo Creek approximately four miles southeast of the city limits of Hoboken in Brantley County. The proposed bridge would be 400-foot x 31.25-foot and consist of two 12-foot travel lanes with 2-foot outside shoulders and 2-foot ditch. Additional roadway construction would occur on each approach in order to tie the new bridge to the existing roadway. Existing right-of-way varies from 80 feet. The proposed required right-of-way varies from approximately 75 to 100 feet.
