Abstract

The project would begin on Bell Road 610 feet (ft) south of the northern intersection with Rogers Circle, extend along Bell Road to a point 790 ft north of the intersection, extend along Rogers Circle 880 ft southeast of the intersection, and extend 160 ft west of the intersection along Bellemont Ridge Road. Immediately adjacent to the travel lanes on the west side of Bell Road will be 2.0 ft of curb and gutter, 6.0 ft furnishing zone, and 5 ft sidewalk. Immediately adjacent to the travel lanes on the east side of Bell Road will be 2.0 ft of curb and gutter, 3.0 ft furnishing zone, and a 10 ft multiuse trail. Immediately adjacent to the travel lanes on the south side of Rogers Circle will be 2.0 ft of curb and gutter, 6.0 ft furnishing zone, and 5 ft sidewalk. Immediately adjacent to the travel lanes on the north side of Rogers Circle will be 2.0 ft of curb and gutter, 3.0 ft furnishing zone, and a 10 ft multiuse trail. The proposed typical section for Bellemont Ridge Road consists of a 12 ft eastbound travel lane onto Bell Road with permitted right and left turns, and a 12 ft travel lane westbound onto Bellemont Ridge Road. Immediately adjacent to the travel lanes on both sides of Bellemont Ridge Road will be 2.0 ft of curb and gutter, 6.0 ft furnishing zone, and 5 ft sidewalk.
