Abstract

A. Construction of a 5'-0" paved bike and pedestrian sidewalk connecting the existing walkways starting at the intersection of Burch Road and US Hwy 54 and continuing cast along the southern side of US Hwy 54 extending to the cemetery immediately after Braxton Court. B. Construction of an 8'-0" paved bike and pedestrian sidewalk connecting the existing walkways starting on the northern side of US Hwy 54 across fromWilbanks Drive and continuing cast along the northern side of US Hwy 54 and extending to the intersection of Robinson Drive and US Hwy 54. Area of Potential Effect: The project area begins at the intersection of Burch Road and US Hwy 54 and continues east along the southern side of US Hwy 54 extending to the cemetery inunediately after Braxton Court. This segment of the project area length is approximately 8.200 linear feet including 5.500 linear feet of new sidewalks. Another segment of the project area begins at the northern side of US Hwy 54 and extends to the intersection of Robinson Drive and U S Hwy 54. This portion of the project includes the installation of approximately 3,500 linear feet of new sidewalks.
