Abstract

On July 6-7, 1982, cultural resource surveys were conducted by the author on a total of 275 acres covering the Horse Point, Rome Point and the Loop Road Right-of-Way in Fannin County, Georgia. Field reconnaissance including visual observation and subsurface testing located one prehistoric site and one isolated find on the Horse Point Exchange. These finds should not affect land exchange planning.
