The proposed project would consist of the widening of SR 8 at CR 97/Ed logan Road. The project would provide a left turn lane for both east and eastbound traffic on SR 8. The widening would begin approximately 500' ;152.4 m) west of CR 97 and would end approximately 500' (152.4 m) east of the same. The total project length would be approximately 0.19 mile (0.31 :m). Existing right-of-way is approximately 60' (18.29 m). Required right-of-way is variable, with maximum being approximately 15' (6.0 m.). m archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted for the entire length of the project corridor. No existing or eligible National Register archaeological resources were located within the project's area of potential environmental effect.
