The proposed project is the reconstruction and partial relocation of U.S. 441/S.R. 15 and S.R. 198 and would include upgrading of existing road sections as well as extensive new location. The proposed project would begin at the intersection of U.S. 441/S.R. 15 and C.R. 18 southeast of the Homer City limits and would proceed northwest on new and existing location to where a sharp right angle turn occurs approximately one mile north of Hollingsworth. A survey consistent with the proposed rights-of-way was surveyed for the entire 14.5 mile length of the project corridor.
