Abstract

A Cultural Resources Survey was conducted on April 9, 1982, over a 40-acre parcel of land located in central Union County, Georgia, near Mulky Gap. This portion of land is involved in the proposed Vaughn Colwell Exchange Tract. Field reconnaissance and subsurface testing located a heavily disturbed 20th century European-American house site within the survey boundaries. This site will not affect the land exchange proposal.
