Abstract

The original project remains the same except for the following: the beginning termini has been shifted approximately 300 ft south (old termini at Station 100+19.12 & new termini at Station 100+40.04) and the typical section is proposed to change due to environmental impacts, utility impacts, and the number of current and anticipated access points.
