Abstract

The general project concept has not changed from that described above; however, the limits of the proposed project, including needed right-of-way and easements, have been more precisely defined since the time of the original survey. At this time, the project will extend along SR 36 approximately 600 feet on either side of the river. The project will now require approximately 1.211 acres of additional right-of-way and 0.666 acre of easement. The-right-of-way and easement is needed principally to accommodate the temporary detour bridge south of the existing bridge; however, small amounts of right-of-way and easements are needed north of SR 36 as well (see attached plan sheets). Both the original and current project footprint fall well within the survey area examined in 2006.
