The proposed project consists of a 0.284 mile extension of CS 881/Town Creek Blvd. to connect to CR 39/01d Eatonton Rd. and to provide access from CR 39 to SR 44. The project proposes to construct two 12-ft. travel lanes with 8-ft. urban shoulders (curblgutter and sidewalk) on each side on CS 881/Town Creek Blvd. The proposed right-of-way along this route will vary from 80 feet to 152 feet. Additionally, the existing intersection of CR 39/01d Eatonton Rd. and SR 44 will be removed and relocated approximately 431 ft. north of its current location. The proposed right-of-way necessary in this area will be approximately 30 ft. to 73 feet in width from existing.
