The proposed project consists of the installation of warning device equipment on the railroads right-of-way as well as roadway paving and installation of advance warning signs and pavement markings on the roadway approaching the crossing. Paving along liberty Church Rd. will include a minimum width of 20 feet, and paving will be completed from the crossing to the east a minimum of 250 feet. Paving along Sofkee Rd. will include a minimum width of 20 feet, and paving will be completed north a minimum of 60 feet from the center line of Liberty Church Rd. All work will be done within existing right-of-way.
