Original: The proposed project would construct sidewalks the along the west side of LawrencevilleSuwanee Road from Satellite Boulevard. to Old Peachtree Road. The project would also construct pedestrian facilities along both sides of the roadway. The project would also include landscaping along both sides of the roadway. Some of the construction will be taking place within the I-85 right-of-way. Therefore, a special encroachment permit would be required. The proposed project would require approximately 2.04 acres of right-of-way along Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. Revised: In addition, the proposed project would cul-de-sac Burnette Rd. at its intersection with Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. The project would extend approximately 90 ft. down Burnette Rd. Second Revised Project Description: The proposed project would not require any right-of-way or easement.
