Original: GDOT proposes to extend SR 138 on new location from U.S. 78/SR 10 Bypass to SR 11. The proposed typical section would consist of two 12-foot travel lanes separated by a 14-foot center turn lane on approximately 150 feet of right-of-way. The proposed project is approximately 1.5 miles long. Addendum Project Description: There was a shift in alignment for the proposed extension, beginning about 600 feet south of where the new Double Springs Church Connector will intersect with SR 13 8 Extension, and extending to SR 11. The shift tapers from the previous alignment to a maximum of about 70 feet.
