A Phase I cultural resources survey of the proposed Hickory Flat development site in Cherokee County, Georgia, was conducted to locate and identify cultural resources within the project area, and to assess each resources' significance. The project area covers approximately 10.1 hectares, and is adjacent to East Cherokee Drive to the west, Hickory Road to the south and a graded development to the north. Four historic structures, determined to be ineligible for the NRHP, and no archeological sites were recorded as a result of this study.
