The proposed project would consist of replacing the bridge spanning Okapilco Creek along Adel Road in Colquitt County. The existing bridge is a 120' X 40' concrete structure, and will be replaced with a 160' X 40' concrete structure on existing alignment. Adel Road will be closed during construction utilizing an off-site detour. Existing right-of-way is 100', and an additional10'of right-of-way is required on each side of the road. The project length is approximately 1200'. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted for the entire length of the project corridor.
