This document was produced in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended. The archaeological survey and subsequent report of findings were prepared as outlined in GDOT and Georgia State Historic Preservation Office Cultural Resources Survey Guidelines (GDNR 1993) and 36 CFR Part 800. In this document the effects of the proposed widening of U.S. 80/S.R. 19 to the archaeological site within the area of potential effect for GDOT Project STP-005-3(20) in Laurens County, Georgia is assessed (Figure 1).
