Abstract

A cultural resource survey was conducted of a 3.6 km (2.25 mi) of the AT&T Lightguide cable right-of-way that crosses U.S. Forest Service property in Greene County, Georgia. Only one site, a dispersed prehistoric lithic scatter, was located during the survey. This site, 9Ge(SAS)16, is recommended as ineligible for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places because of low artifact density and the highly disturbed nature of the site.
