Archaeological investigations were undertaken at the former location of the Thomas M. Gilmer House (c. 1800) in Oglethorpe County, Northeast Georgia. The house had been relocated in nearby Wilkes County.

This report is the result of archeological investigations in 1984 at the Battlefield Park site, 9Ch7O3 (FS), at the proposed Fahm Street Extension.

Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc., conducted an intensive survey of a 4.09 ha (10.12 ac) tract proposed by Oglethorpe Power Corporation for the Cay Creek Substation and 46 KV transmission line to be located on the south side of U.S. Highway 82 in Midway, Liberty County, Georgia.

A cultural resources reconnaissance survey of 2,055 ac (832 ha) in the Oconee National Forest in Jasper County, Georgia, along the Ocmulgee River was conducted for the U.S. Forest Service. Seventeen prehistoric and historic sites and eight artifact occurrences were located.

A cultural resources reconnaissance survey of 1820 ac (736.5 ha) in the Oconee National Forest in Greene and Morgan Counties, Georgia, was conducted for the U.S. Forest Service. Nineteen prehistoric sites, nine historic sites, one rock pile site, and eleven artifact occurrences were located.
