Abstract

The proposed maintenance facility will consist of a barn measuring 24 x 36 ft, 8 x 8 ft combustible materials shed, a fuel tank and a gravel parking area. In total, the area measures approximately 70 x 80 feet. Construction will require a minimal amount of grading, and some large pine trees may have to be removed.
