Abstract

The proposed project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of SR 39 Spur and SR 39. The project would begin at the Alabama State line and would end at SR 1. Also included in this project would be the construction and paving of 0.6 m (2 ft) shoulders along the entire length of the proposed project. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted along the entire project corridor.
