Abstract

This project would install connecting tracks from the south end of the GPA's Mason ICTF to the Norfolk Southern Railway. The installation of the south end connection tracks would allow trains to operate through both ends of the facility and would lead to more efficient operation and reduced operating times in positioning rail cars on arrival and making up trains on departure from the facility.
