The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the bridge carrying US 411/SR 61 over the CSX Railroad (L&N Railroad), in the community of Tennga (see Figure 1). The bridge would be replaced at its existing location, and traffic would be routed onto a temporary on-site detour during construction, which is anticipated to be located on Booger Branch Road. The approximate length of the project would be 2,200 feet. The project is in the preliminary design phase. The proposed bridge dimensions and the exact location of the on-site detour have not yet been determined. Existing right-of-way (ROW) varies between 200 feet and 300 feet, and the proposed ROW would vary.
