The proposed project would construct a 1.1 mile sidewalk on the west side of Buford Highway (SR 13) and an 1,1 00-foot sidewalk on the east side of Buford Highway (SR 13) from South Berkeley Lake Road/Simpson Circle to North Berkeley Lake Road in Gwinnett County, Georgia (see Figure 1). The existing right-of-way (ROW) varies between 80-120 feet and the proposed ROW would vary between 85 and 135 feet. The project area is approximately 1.1 miles long and would require the acquisition of ROW and construction easements.
