The proposed project consists of the installation of warning device equipment on railroad right-of-way, the installation and/or removal of signing for the devices, and the installation of pavement marking for the devices along the roadway. Other proposed crossing improvements include paving the adjacent dirt road, CR 228/ Garrison Road (also known as Clare.nce Brown Road) (resurface crossing approaches to reduce potential hump of the crossing), relocation yield signs, and installing concrete panels. Also, resurface and paving along the roadway (up to facility gate) are also proposed. The disturbed acreage on this project is approximately 0.09 acre and no additional ROW/easements will be required.
