This project will replace the structurally deficient bridge located on CR 125/Smoak Rd. over Troublesome Creek. The total project length is approximately 0.25 miles. The proposed bridge will be a 150 foot by 43.25 foot single span. The new bridge will be located approximately 60 feet downstream from the existing bridge. Smoak Road is a dirt road with 11-foot travel lanes and rural shoulders. Existing right-of-way (ROW) is 60 feet; proposed ROW will vary from 120 to 175 feet. An offsite detour will be utilized during part of the construction.
