GDOT Surplus Property GEP-089-626

The proposed project would consist of the sale of surplus property currently owned by the Department. The subject parcel contains approximately 0.60 acre (-200 feet by 125 feet) and is located, approximately 1,100 feet west of the intersection of US 278 and Swift Street. The parcel is bounded by private property to the north and US 278/Covington Highway to the south (see Figure 1).
