Abstract

The proposed project would consist of the sale of surplus property currently owned by the Department. The subject parcel contains approximately 0.7-acre and is adjacent to, and north of, US 278, approximately 700 feet west of the intersection of US 278, to the south of the property, and Swift Street, to the north of the property (Figure 1 ).
