The proposed project would create a Northwest Eastman Bypass in Dodge and Bleckley Counties, Georgia. The projects were subjected to three previous surveys by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. in 1999 and Teresa Lotti in 2004 and 2008.
Since the previous surveys the projects have been changed to include right turn lanes at Fire Tower Road and Antioch Baptist Church Road. Three driveway easements have been added to three parcels with the largest easement 50 x 15 feet. A small amount of required right-of-way along the east side of SR 84/Eastman Bypass was also added for the Ramp A lengthening.
