Abstract

Environmental Corporation of America’s (ECA) client, Ansco & Associates (on behalf of AT&T Mobility, LLC), is proposing to lease an approximate 100-foot by 100-foot (30-meter by 30- meter) area for the construction of a telecommunications facility as described in the following FCC Form 620, New Tower (NT) Submission Packet. The facility would consist of a fenced compound surrounding a 306-foot tall (overall height) self support telecommunications structure and associated ground-level support equipment. The facility would be accessible by an approximate 25-foot long by 30-foot wide (8-meter by 9-meter) access/utility easement. ECA has identified and evaluated Historic Properties, if any, within the Area of Potential Effect (APE) for visual and direct effects as directed in Section VI.D.1 and 2 of the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement, effective on March 7, 2005. We have found no properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) within either APE. Based on our review of the files at the Georgia Historic Preservation Office (GA HPD), we identified one architectural survey report and no historic resources identified during a 1988 Ware County Survey within a 3/4-mile APE for visual effects. No historic resources were identified in the Environmental Review Files, Site ID Fi les, or in the Centennial Farm Files within the 3/4- mile APE for visual effects. The University of Georgia's Natural, Archaeo logical, and Historic Resources Geographical Information System (NAHRGIS) did not identify any historic resources within a 3/4-mile APE for visual effects.
