The proposed project would improve the westbound off-ramp on 1-20 at Liberty Road in Douglas County. The proposed project would add a left turn lane on the westbound exit ramp, a left tum lane on Liberty Road to accommodate a traffic signal, and re-striping the bridge over 1-20. On Liberty Road the project limits would extend approximately 300 feet north of the 1-20 westbound exit ramp and 400 feet south of the westbound exit ramp. All work would be done within the existing right-of-way.
