SR 260/Glenwood Avenue (Glenwood Avenue) would be realigned to the south in order to eliminate the approximate 70-foot offset that currently exists as it crosses US 23/SR 42/Moreland Avenue (Moreland Avenue). Glenwood Avenue would also be improved to provide two 4-foot bicycle lanes- one in each direction, one 10-foot left tum lane, and two 11-foot through lanes (one in each direction). Glenwood Avenue would maintain the existing 30 mile per hour (mph) design speed. The approximate length of the realignment is 1,075 feet. This intersection is located within the City of Atlanta and DeKalb and Fulton counties.
