The proposed Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Project CSHPP-0007-00(606), PI No. 0007606 proposes to construct landscaping, lighting, and pedestrian amenities along the Fall Line Freeway/State Route (SR) 96 within the city limits of Reynolds, Georgia.

The proposed project would improve County Road (CR) 299/Omega Road to State Route standards from State Route (SR) 35/US 319 (MP 0.00) to I-75 (MP 0.30) for a total distance of approximately .3 mile in Tift County, Georgia. This section of roadway would be designated as a SR 35 Connector.

The proposed project would consist of the replacement of GDOT Bridge 167-0027-0, which is located on US 221/SR 171 over the Little Ohoopee River, approximately 2.7 miles north ofKite, Georgia (refer to Figure 1 ).

The proposed project would consist of replacing the structurally deficient two‑lane bridge at CR 131/EIIiott Road over Walnut Creek approximately .50 mile northeast of the City of McDonough in Henry County.

This project intends to improve two streets in Rockdale County, Georgia. The proposed project would consist  of upgrading Hardin Street/O'Kelly Street in Conyers, Georgia, to include provisions for continuous bicycle and pedestrian facilities and to improve the operations of the corridor.

The proposed improvements will construct 9-foot multi-use paths, including a 4 foot bicycle lane and a 5 foot pedestrian sidewalk, and a 6 foot tree-planting zone along Donald Lee Hollowell (Hollowell) Parkway.

A total of three previously recorded archaeological sites are located within a 1-kilometer radius of the corridor. Site 9DA352 (recordation date unknown) is located 350-meters outside of the APE, and is a lithic scatter of unknown eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

In February 2014 and April 2015, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of State Route (SR) 16 at SR 54 in Coweta County, Georgia (Georgia Department of Transportation [GDOT] Project No. NH000-0022-01[023], P.I. No. 332180, HP No. 140113-003).
