Abstract

The proposed work consists of milling, patching, resurfacing, striping, raised pavement markers, four foot earth shoulder filling, and curb cuts (Table 1) for the installation of wheelchair ramps along a 17.638 mile section (MP 0.000 -17.638) of SR 111 in Grady County, Georgia from the Florida State Line to SR 93 in Cairo, Georgia (Figure 1). The project will take place within existing right-of-way (ROW) which varies throughout. The limits of construction will be five feet from the edge of pavement and the only work on all bridges with concrete decks will be restriping.
